Leg Exstension.png

Leg Extension

Leg extension exercise primarily targets the quadriceps muscles in the front of your thigh, which include the vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, vastus intermedius, and rectus femoris; essentially isolating and strengthening this muscle group through knee extension movement.

M6 Seated Row.png

Seated Row

An EGYM strength seated row primarily works the muscles of the upper back, including the latissimus dorsi (lats), trapezius (traps), and rhomboids; with secondary activation of the biceps brachii (biceps) muscles in the arms due to the pulling motion involved.

Lat Pulldown

The EGYM lat pulldown exercise works many muscles in the upper body, including the latissimus dorsi, biceps, rear delts, rhomboids, and traps.

Training methods

Our training methods, with innovative weight profiles during each repetition, provide more efficient and effective training than with conventional weights.

Leg Curl.png

Leg Curl

The eGym Leg Curl is working on our Hamstrings and stengthens the muscles around our knees which can affect many of us during daily walking and standing up from sitting down for long periods of time working at desks.

M3_Back_Extension.png

Back Extension

When performing an eGym strength back extension, the primary muscles worked are the erector spinae muscles (including the longissimus, iliocostalis, and spinalis), which are located in the lower back, along with the glutes and hamstrings, as they are part of the posterior chain muscle group involved in this exercise.

M17 Shoulder Press.png

Shoulder press

When performing a shoulder press on an EGYM machine, the primary muscles worked are the deltoids (front, side, and rear portions of the shoulder), with significant assistance from the triceps brachii (back of the upper arm) and to a lesser extent, the trapezius (upper back) muscles; the upper pectorals may also be engaged slightly depending on form and movement pattern.

Individual training weight

Individual training weight is based on regular maximum strength measurements that continuously provide the right stimulus for workouts.

Chest Press

An eGym chest press machine primarily targets the pectoralis major muscle (chest muscles), along with secondary activation of the anterior deltoid (front shoulder) and triceps muscles, making it a great exercise for overall chest development.

Abdominal Crunch

The EGYM Abdominal Crunch is a machine that works the upper and lower abdominal muscles. It's designed to help build core strength and support the back.
